ABOUT US

The Alberta Helpers is an official chapter of YouthInspirED Foundation and runs in partnership with YWCA Lethbridge and District. We were established to ensure that all students receive the academic support they require to become fearless learners. We provide free online tutoring sessions for elementary, junior high school, and high school students.

WHAT OUR COMMUNITY IS SAYING

“Growing up, I didn’t always have access to the academic resources I needed, so being part of an organization that removes those barriers is incredibly meaningful to me. Volunteering here feels like helping create the support system I wish more students had.”

- YIED Executive Team Member

The Alberta Helpers runs off the huge hearts of our wonderful volunteer Helpers. This wouldn't be possible without their dedication, passion and love for the community.
