HOW IT WORKS
Registering For Tutoring
Step 1:
Create an account by clicking the Log In button at the top of the page.
Step 2:
Each Sunday, our tutors update their availability for the coming week. Visit the Register page and select your (or your child's) grade level from the dropdown menu.
Step 3:
Choose the type of tutoring you need:

Academic Tutoring – Support with school subjects such as Math, Science, English, and more.

EAL Tutoring – English language support for English language learners.
Please note: While some academic tutors may help with English coursework, they do not provide English language learning support. Bookings for EAL tutoring with an academic tutor will be cancelled.
Step 4:
Select the subject you would like help with. A calendar will appear, choose a date that works best for you.
Please note: Sessions can only be booked one week in advance.
Step 5:
Select an available time slot from the schedule.
Step 6:
Choose a tutor, complete the booking form, and confirm your session.

Step 7:
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can also view and manage your upcoming sessions by logging into your account.
Step 8:
Your tutor will receive your booking information and will contact you to arrange your session logistics.
Please note: All tutoring sessions are conducted via Zoom. Zoom can be downloaded free of charge on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Before your first session, please review the Important Notes section below.
Session Guidelines
Our tutors are excited to work with you! To help us provide the best possible experience for all students, please review the following guidelines before booking a session. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your session being cancelled or your booking privileges being suspended.

Please limit bookings to two sessions per student per week. This helps ensure as many students as possible can access our free tutoring services.

While some tutors are happy to plan lessons without school worksheets or assignments, these sessions require significant preparation. If you are looking for a session that is not based on school-provided materials, please note that your chosen tutor may not be able to accommodate your request.

Please book within your tutor's listed subjects and grade levels. Each tutor specifies the subjects and age groups they are comfortable teaching. If a session is booked outside of these areas, the tutor may decline the booking. This also includes booking English as an Additional Language (EAL) sessions with an academic tutor, or academic tutoring sessions with an EAL tutor.

Please review our No-Show Policy before booking your session. Frequent missed sessions or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future tutoring sessions.
